They function almost the same as normal oils, only you can replace the Turp with Water. The colors are a little duller if you don't use any other mediums though, so to get the same effect you might wanna try adding some water soluble linseed oil also.
Interesting thing I found out, you can use Water Soluble Oils with Regular oils and turp if you want, they just become less water soluble as the ratio of normal oils to WSOs increases.
