It seems I forgot to upload the finished piece, so here it is. After putting some finishing touches on it in photoshop, I realized that I need to work on composition a little more BEFORE starting the actual painting process, but I learned a lot from working on it so I can happily move on to my next painting.

Been watching the progression of this piece. I like the finished product and the way you were able to handle making its hot core come through... Like I really get the sense that this creature comes from rock and lava.
